These Terms of Use govern your use of PetFetch, the iOS app for managing your pets’ health and information. By downloading or using PetFetch, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using PetFetch, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the developer of PetFetch.
License
PetFetch grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app, nor may you reverse-engineer or attempt to extract its source code.
App Store
This agreement is between you and the developer of PetFetch only, not Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for PetFetch or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance, support, or any other services for PetFetch.
Pro Subscription
PetFetch offers an optional Pro subscription that unlocks additional features. Subscriptions are auto-renewable and billed through your Apple ID via the App Store. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. To cancel, go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store’s refund policies.
Your Content
You retain ownership of all pet data and photos you add to PetFetch. Your content is private and is never shared publicly or with third parties. By using PetFetch, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service to you.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use PetFetch only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app, nor use it for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
Push Notifications
PetFetch may send push notifications to remind you of upcoming appointments, medications, and other pet care events. You can enable or disable notifications at any time in your device’s Settings app.
Analytics
PetFetch uses Mixpanel to collect anonymous usage data to help us improve the service. This data does not include personally identifiable information and is not shared or sold to third parties. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
PetFetch and all of its content, features, branding, and functionality are owned by the developer and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use the PetFetch name, logo, or other proprietary materials.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to PetFetch at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms of Use. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.
Minors
PetFetch is available to users of all ages. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use PetFetch.
Disclaimer of Warranties
PetFetch is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of PetFetch is at your sole risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of PetFetch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. If liability is found, it shall not exceed the amount you paid for PetFetch in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to This Agreement
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of PetFetch after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
